How to start your request
- กดปุ่มด้านล่างเพื่อเปิดอีเมลถึงทีม ITALT

- Use the button below to open an email to the ITALT team.
- Send the request from the account email, or state the account email, school or organization, and display name.
- We verify identity and authority before processing to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What we delete and when

After verification, we delete Firebase Authentication, profile and membership access, progress and quiz results, user-linked activity or assignment information, personally identifiable issue reports, and personally identifiable attachments.

We complete the process within 30 days after verifying the request, unless law or a school or organization obligation requires limited retention. We may retain only a de-identified deletion-completion record when needed for auditing.

School-managed accounts: We may verify the request with the school administrator before proceeding. Deletion cannot be reversed.

Use the app or read the full policy
